Shipping Availability

At this time, we only ship to Canada.

  • ❌ International shipping is not available at this time

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent via email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.


Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Orders returned to the sender due to failed delivery attempts

If a shipment is returned due to address issues, additional reshipping fees may apply.

Shipping fees are non-refundable in such cases.


Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged Upon Arrival

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Lost in Transit

We will assist with the carrier investigation process where applicable.


Partial Shipments

Orders may be shipped in multiple packages when necessary.
You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
