Returns

We accept returns within 30Β days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • Be in the original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and tags (if applicable)

  • Include a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Items that show signs of use, damage, or are missing parts may not be eligible for a return.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear

  • Items returned without prior authorization

  • Items that have been used outdoors, exposed to weather conditions, or show signs of camping use are not eligible for return unless defective.

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return conditions or show signs of abuse of the return policy.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
We will assess the claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Processing time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please place a new order and return the original item following the return process.
